Digital products

Our current products are digital products supplied electronically. No physical item will be posted unless a product description specifically states otherwise.

Please check the product description and compatibility information before purchasing to make sure the product is suitable for you and your device.

Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£). Payment must be completed before access to a digital product is provided.

Payments are processed securely by our chosen payment provider. We do not directly store your full payment card details.

Digital delivery

After successful payment, your digital product will be made available electronically using the download or delivery method shown during or after checkout.

Please ensure the email address supplied during checkout is correct.

If you experience problems receiving or accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue.

Cancellations and refunds

Digital products may be supplied immediately after purchase.

Where you expressly agree to immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that this means losing your statutory 14-day cancellation right once the download or access begins, you will not normally be able to cancel simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If digital content is faulty, not as described or cannot be supplied as promised, please contact us so that we can resolve the problem in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Personal use and copyright

Unless otherwise stated, digital products purchased from Sebby and Olive are for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, reproduce for commercial purposes, or make our digital products available for others to download without our permission.

All original Sebby and Olive artwork, designs and other content remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Device compatibility

Where a product is designed for use with smartphones, smartwatches or other devices, compatibility may vary between manufacturers, models and software versions.

Please check the product description before purchasing. Sebby and Olive is not affiliated with or endorsed by any device manufacturer unless expressly stated.
